	When William Adam Wuelzer died, he left his property to his children with the provision that Anna Maria could use the property as long as she lived. When Anna Maria died, two of her three childred were dead (Victor & John) and she was not getting along with the surviving child (Louis). In her will, she skipped Louis and left the property to her ten grandchildren. Louis challenged the will after Anna Maria died and won. Note that one of Anna Maria's attorneys was Warren G. Harding.
